 Jamie Nichols won Outstanding Achievement for a Festival three years in a row. GLENDALE, CA (Catholic Online) - The showcase, Celebrate Dance, is an assembly of Los Angeles' best dance companies to perform a variety of dances. 2012's Celebrate Dance will be featuring familiar faces as well as new ones. Los Angeles dance companies Hysterica Dance Company, Invertigo Dance Theatre, Los Angeles Contemporary Dance Theater, Lydia Zimmer, Monat Dance, Regina Klenjoski Dance Company and RhetOracle Dance Company join forces with two San Diego companies: Malashock Dance and LaDiego Dance Theater to provide the audience with the best. Nichols, who is always present in the audience during Southern California dance performances, will be presenting varieties of dances such as jazz, ballet, modern, and contemporary dance. The event will take place at the Alex Theater, 216 N. Brand Blvd., Glendale, on March 3rd starting at 8 p.m. Tickets range from $16-36, $12 for children. © 2012, Catholic Online.
